Q1: How is the delivery time?

A1: The Delivery date is 30-40 days after receiving the 30% deposit payment. But it needs 50-60 days during special virus conditions.

Q2:What sizes of mattresses do you carry? Do you make custom sizes?
A2:There are Single, Twin, Queen, and king-size mattresses/pocket springs, but we can also make custom sizes.

Q3:Are you a factory(manufacturer)?

A3: We are a professional mattress manufacturing factory with 29 29-year history. 
We have our own production workshop and showroom, offering different kinds of quality mattresses/pocket springs / non-woven fabrics with competitive prices and perfect service.

Q4:Could you provide customized products? Can we put our logo on a mattress?

A4:We accept personal design, so of course can put your logo on the mattress. For more information on products, please contact us soon.

Q6:How is your packing for overseas purchasing?

A6:Below are three packing ways, can choose according to your requirement.
1) Flat compress: PE bag and wooden pallet (For wholesaler).
2) Roll up: PE bag and Carton or plastic bag (For online sale, retail).
3) Non-compress: PE bag and craft bag (Personal use).

Q7:How do you provide the samples?
